What is the right multivitamin supplement?

During a nutritional therapy a qualitative multivitamin preparation is of importance. Crucial for this is not the price, but the ingredients.
1. Synthetic or natural vitamins: Important is the origin of the vitamins whose synthetic form differs from the natural form. In this case, only one of these forms fits, while the other form can cause side effects.
