Boning knife guidebook

Not least because of the many TV cooking shows and the unmanageable variety of cookbooks, more and more women and men are discovering the fun of cooking. Long tradition

The Boning is not an invention of the modern kitchen. As early as the Middle Ages, cooks used the long blade to free meat and poultry from bones and tendons and prepare it for further processing.
